on all Bruidjie products
Refunds & Exchanges
- Regrettably no refunds on any items purchased.
- Exchanges will only be applicable to the wrong shoe size, or a faulty product received. (Strictly no exchanges on lingerie, swimwear or robes.)
- Exchanges will only be allowed within 7 days after receiving the shipment, in unused, unworn, original condition and packaging. Exchanges that do not meet these requirements, will not be considered.
- All delivery costs to return the parcel to us and send a replacement product will be for your own account.
- Please take note that there is no guarantee on any of our products.
Personalized Products
- We regrettably cannot refund or exchange any personalized items (this includes custom name, wording, wedding date, initials, custom message etc.)
- Only in the event where a personalized product is defective (incorrect personalization, spelling error, incorrect color etc), or damaged, then will an exchange be considered.
- There is no guarantee on any of our products.
- Please take note of our lead times for personalized items or items not kept in stock, stipulated on each individual product.
