Exchange Policy
on shoes & accessories
- Regrettably no refunds on any items purchased.
- Exchanges will only be applicable to the wrong shoe size, or a faulty product received. Exchanges done at buyer’s own cost.
- Exchanges will only be allowed within 7 days after receiving the shipment, in unused, unworn, original condition and packaging. Exchanges that do not meet these requirements, will not be considered.
- Please take note that there is no guarantee on any of our accessories.
